On May 1, 2011, St. Lucy's Church sponsored a Divine Mercy Devotion beginning on the first Fridays during Lent and up until Divine Mercy Sunday May1.
As you know one of the promises Jesus made to St. Faustina was if anyone received the Sacrament of Reconciliation and Communion on that day their sins would would be forgiven.
The Priests in attendance that day were Fr. Joe Horanzy, Fr. Joe Cipriano, Fr. Sam Ferretti (Pastor), Fr. 'Alvaro de Oliveria Joaquim, O.S.J. and Deacon Carmine Mendincino.
The outpouring off attendance was a wonderful sight to behold.
