On April 12, 2015, Divine Mercy Sunday was celebrated at St. Lucy's. The afternoon started off with the Sacrament of Reconciliation, while the Rosary was being recited. Fr. Marek Wasliewski was celebrant with Fr. Sam Ferretti, Pastor, co-celebrant and Deacon Carmine Mendicino assisting. Music was provided by St. Lucy's Choir under the direction of Christopher Mendicino, Music Director. Following Mass the Ninth day of the Divine Mercy Novena was recited followed by Benediction and the Blessing with Holy Oil and the relic of St. Faustina. Thank you to the Altar & Rosary and Holy Name Societies and the many faithful for making Divine Mercy Sunday a beautiful and memorable day of praise andthanksgiving to Our Lord Jesus Christ.
