A faith community in the Roman Catholic tradition

No one is sure just what occasion this is. It appears to be the opening of St. Ann’s Novena in 1931. Msgr. Valverde, pastor of St. Lucy’s Church from 1928-1936, is seated on the right of the bishop. If anyone can identify the occasion or the other priests please call the rectory at 347-9421. If you have any old pictures of the church, rectory or school please let us reproduce them for our historical records.
